In the context of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, our company isnot standing idly by. Wehavedeveloped laminar ceilings for the production of the Covivac vaccine manufactured by the M. P. Chumakov Federal Research Centre for Clinical and ExperimentalImmunology and Virology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The complexity of the project lay in developing a solution that would create a sterile zone with unidirectional air flow across the entire production area, under conditions of extremely limited space with existing technological equipment.
To this end, we developed laminar ceilings with complex geometric shapes and a total area of more than 50 m2, which made it possible to ensure absolute sterility of the production process.
We are proud of our scientists’ achievements, and it is a special honour for us to participate in this project. We sincerely hope that, thanks to our joint efforts, we will all soon return to our normal life.
