ClimaTech Engineering continues to participate in an exciting project: the construction of a neighbourhood of energy-efficient houses in the Zhataï municipal district.
ClimaTech’s modern solutions, combined with the professionalism of the design institute, have made it possible not only to create comfortable conditions in residential complexes, kindergartens and other infrastructure projects in the neighbourhood, but also to achieve significant energy savings in maintaining the microclimate.
The main challenge of the project lies in its geographical location: in the extreme north, where winter temperatures drop below -55° to -60°C. Thanks to air recovery systems, heating costs have been reduced by more than 40%.
It should be noted that the energy-efficient neighbourhood is being built as part of the implementation of Federal Law 185, as well as the republican targeted programme “Resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock, taking into account the need for developing low-rise housing construction”.
