A large office in the city centre is a great luxury, not only from a financial point of view, but also in terms of organising a full-fledged ventilation and air conditioning system. Installing modern engineering networks, even with major renovations, is a very difficult and practically impossible task, unless you turn to ClimaTech Engineering.
The result of our engineers’ work is a central air conditioning system with the following specifications:
- 21,000 m³/h over an area of 4 m² (unitlength does not exceed 2.36 m),
- Rotary heat recovery system with 81% efficiency,
- Total motor power of 9.5 kW (assuming a free pressure of 700 Pa),
- Fans with EC motors, groups of 4 units operating in parallel,
- Twin heat exchangers (water — cooling / water — heating),
- Low noise levels, 47.9 dB,
- Combination of G4 + F7 filters.
