What is a model operating room? First and foremost, it requires proper air treatment. A laminar field with an area of at least 9 m² and symmetrically located exhaust separators around the entire perimeter of the operating room.
Thanks to the expertise of the design and installation team, another project was successfully completed during the renovation without the use of recirculation, which means that the entire operating room air treatment system will not only meet air purity requirements, but also maintain the specified temperature and relative humidity parameters.
In addition, due to significant limitations in the ceiling architecture, we developed a special design for the operating room ceiling.
The result of our work:
- OPL 3.0/3.0 operating room laminar ceiling with stainless steel end caps and H14 class absolute filtration.
- OPFA exhaust separators with air flow control.
