On April 12, 1961, Yuri Alekseyevich Gagarin made the first space flight in human history aboard the Vostok spacecraft. We believe this is an excellent opportunity to highlight one of our latest projects: the creation of a clean room complex for ZNIImash JSC, the main research institute of the Roscosmos State Corporation.
For this project, we developed hygienic air conditioning units that meet all the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644 and RNNP AVOK 7.8–2019 in terms of hygienic equipment design, as well as explosion-proof units capable of handling explosive mixtures with a category of IIB T3.
Air treatment in clean rooms requires not only high-quality solutions in terms of hygiene and absolute filtration, but also the ability to maintain precise air temperature and humidity parameters. Furthermore, the pressure gradient created inside the rooms must be easily adjustable and capable of operating in multiple modes.
To solve these problems, we use only the most modern solutions. For this project, we used energy-efficient fans based on EC motors, with the ability to adjust the performance from 0 to 100%. It is also important that all units were manufactured at our production facility in the Ivanovo region.
We hope that the new high-tech clean room complexes will help Roscosmos maintain its leading position in space exploration.
