Finalist in the ENES-Expo-2015 competition for projects in the field of energy saving, energy efficiency improvement and energy development.

Supply and exhaust units were designed not only to create comfortable conditions, but also to achieve significant energy savings in maintaining the microclimate.

  • Operation of equipmentat extreme temperatures in winter down to -55°C.
  • Thanks to air recovery systems, heating costs havebeen reduced by more than 40%. A 60% glycol mixture circulates between the heat exchangers.
  • Energy-efficient fans with EC motorsconsume 30% less electricity.
  • Air treatment attemperatures of -60 °C has been made possible through the use of specially designed panels and profiles without thermal bridges.

The project has become one of the best energy-saving projects in Russia for the construction of economy-class housing. In building houses in the neighbourhood, virtually all energy-saving technologies known today that are suitable for the conditions of the far north and permafrost, have been implemented in various combinations.
