Our new project involves recirculation modules for the operating rooms at the Regional Clinical Hospital, Yaroslavl Region.

Creating a recirculation system or reusing exhaust air in operating rooms is always a difficult task, particularly relevant during the reconstruction of medical facilities, when it is physically impossible to install large-section air ducts to create full-fledged laminar flows of the required area. Moreover, developing the right solution requires more than correct design solutions; as a rule, a series of sequential difficulties arise with engineering equipment, from finding the necessary space to accommodate rather bulky devices to maintaining accurate air flow and compliance with critical noise parameters.

To make the project possible, we developed recirculation modules that are as compact as possible while meeting the most stringent hygiene requirements. Most importantly, thanks to their special design, the noise level does not exceed 30 dB(A), which is critical for the comfort of the medical team during long hours of surgery.

In addition, the recirculation modules are equipped with a system to maintain a constant air flow, ensuring the creation of laminar flows above the operating table regardless of the degree of clogging of the absolute filters.

Furthermore, the recirculation units are equipped with high energy-efficient fans with EC motors and IE5 motor class, and are manufactured in full compliance with the requirements of R NP “AVOK” 7.8.2022 and Eurovent certification.
