Laminar ceilings
Aseptic conditions must be maintained to protect patients in critical areas such as operating rooms, resuscitation rooms, intensive care units and isolation rooms for immunocompromised patients. It is essential to safeguard all personnel, instruments,and the entire work area during surgical procedures and it is also very important to create comfortable working conditions for all staff.
To achieve these goals, we supply clean air supply systems/laminar ceilings floors in compliance with all norms and standards. (GOST R 71542-2024, GOST R 52539-2006, R NP AVOK 7.8-2022, DIN 1946 part 4, ONORM H 6020, Fed.Std209, VDI 2083). All components are made of stainless steel, easy to clean and resistant to disinfectants.
Laminar ceiling floor OPL/OPL of the displace unidirectional air flow
- Rooms group 1, according to GOST R 52539–2006;
- Clean rooms Class 5 (ISO 14664);
- Rooms class A, according to SP 2.1.3678-20;
- Class A premises, according to SP 158.13330.2014;
- Class A premises, group 1 premises in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 71542-2024.
The air speeds range is from 0.2 m/s to 0.35 m/s;
Most suitable for rooms with high requirements for cleanliness and air exchange;
The box body is made of stainless steel;
The distribution plenum can be selected from the polyester mesh or perforated stainless steel sheet;
Highly efficient H14 HEPA air filters in full compliance with GOST R EN 1822-1–2010.
Low-turbulence ceiling floor of the air flow displacement OPNT/OPS
- Rooms groups 3 and 5, according to GOST R 52539–2006;
- Clean rooms class 6 (ISO 14664);
- Room classes A and B, according to SP 2.1.3678-20;
- Class A and B rooms, according to SP 158.13330.2014;
- Class A and B rooms, room groups 3 and 5, according to the requirements of GOST R 71542-2024.
Recommended air velocity 0.15 m/s;
The system provides a large flow area with low air consumption;
