TVG/TWH units are designed for hospitals, the pharmaceutical sector and ultra-clean rooms.
The units comply with the requirements of standards Р НП АВОК 7.8-2022 DIN1946, part 4 and ONORM H 6020, part 1, as well as sVDI 6022 standard. The units have the following qualities:
- Smooth inner surface.
- All construction materials are resistant to disinfectants.
- Fans with a variable-speed control.
- Filters with filter elements of a cleaning class not lower than F9 according to GOST R EN 779.
- A device for monitoring the clogging of the filter element.
- A device for monitoring the fan operation.
- Air velocity through the heat exchanger cross-section from 1 to 2.5 m/s.
- The heat exchanger fins distance is at least 2.5 mm.
- Maximum surface temperature of electric heaters to 120 °C.
- Flexibile connections in air inlet and outlet.
- Presence of inspection windows with lighting in the serviced sections of the units
- Sealed construction joints.
- Use of silicone-free substances for sealing.
- The units are developed for easy dismantling of all internal functional elements.
- Curved stainless steel trays for condensate collection.
- The units’ design provides for thermal and noise insulation of panels in accordance with class A1 (NG) according to GOST R 57270 and non-combustible.
- The units’ noise levels not exceeding 45 dB at a distance of 2 metres.
Marine version (any aggressive environments):

Casing and profile materials (aluminium, galvanised or stainless steel, depending on conditions);
Special design of fasteners (similar to the housing);
Special design of an impeller with the seawater protection ;
Water boxes with high protection (IP66)
Copper-copper, stainless steel, copper-aluminium heat exchangers with protective coating.
Recuperators can be made of seawater-resistant aluminium, stainless steel or composite material, depending on the environment;
Protective anti-corrosion coating of the entire casing.
