Special conditions and air flows must be created in accordance with the product quality requirements in clean rooms and hygiene standards in medical and healthcare facilities.
Our solution is complete air distribution systems and diffusers with HEPA filters that comply with norms and standards (GOST R ISO 14644, GOST R EN 1822-1-2010, GOST R 52539-2006, GOST R 71542-2024, SanPin 2.1.3.2630-10, SP 158.13330.2014, DIN 1946, part 4, SP 2.1.3678-20, ONORM H 6020, Fed. Std 209).
The system is designed for free and low-turbulence air distribution in clean rooms and hygienic areas.
Scope of application for clean rooms:
- rooms classes 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 according to GOST R ISO 14644-1-2017,
- rooms groups 3, 4 and 5 according to GOST 52539-2006,
- rooms classes A and B, room groups 3 and 5 according to the requirements of GOST R 71542-2024,
- rooms classes A, B and C according to the requirements of SP 2.1.3678-20,
- rooms classes A, B and C according to the requirements of SP 158.13330.2014.
Design:
- The casing is made of galvanized steel, welded, painted white inside and outside (RAL9010).
- The smooth surface on all sides allows for easy cleaning and disinfection.
- High-quality absolute HEPA filters H13 class (GOST R EN 1822-1-2010) with low pressure drop are standard equipment,
- The fasteners required for testing the seal and measuring pressure drops across the filter are integrated into the housing.
- The fasteners are integrated into the housing for the seal testing and pressure drops measurament across the filter.
- No special tools are required to replace the filter elements.
- A suspension mechanism for heights up to 900 mm is included as standard equipment
- A round connection to the air duct is included as standard equipment.
- Preparation for DEHS testing, pressure drop measurement tubes – standard equipment.
- Each filter is vacuum-packed and automatically scanned in accordance with GOST R EN 1822-2014.

Depending on the type of room, heat load and project requirements, the units comply with the requirements of GOST R 71542-2024, NP ‘AVOK’ 7.8 — 2022, DIN1946, part 4 and ONORM H 6020, part 1, as well as VDI 6022 standards. The units have the following qualities:
- Smooth inner surface.
- Resistance of all structural materials to the action of disinfectants.
- Units fans with a variable-speed control.
- Use of filters with filter elements of a cleanliness class not lower than F9 according to GOST R EN 779.
- Device for monitoring the clogging of th filter element
- Device for monitoring fan operation.
- Air velocity through the heat exchanger cross-section from 1 to 2.5 m/s.
- Heat exchanger fin distance at least 2.5 mm.
- Maximum surface temperature of electric heaters till 120 °C.
- Sealed air valves at the inlet and outlet of the units.
- Inspection windows with lighting in the service section
- Sealed construction joints.
- Use of silicone-free substances for sealing.
- The units are developed for the easy dismantling of all internal functional elements.
- Use of curved stainless steel trays for condensate collection.
- The units’ design provides for thermal and noise insulation of panels in accordance with class A1 (NG) according to GOST R 57270 and non-combustible.
- Noise levels not exceeding 45 dB at a distance of 2 metres.
