One of the main components of a safe microclimate is the comfort and ecology of the indoor environment, which includes air-thermal, acoustic and lighting comfort, control and management of building engineering and technical support systems, energy saving, energy efficiency, renewable energy sources, secondary energy resources, and decarbonisation. Modern requirements for building architecture and engineering are based on ESG principles. It is this approach that is at the heart of modern architectural and engineering design technologies.

“Medical precision: climate technologies for healthcare architecture“
“A modern medical building is a complex system where the climate must be adapted to the functions of each space: from clean areas and operating theatres to wards, rehabilitation and outpatient facilities. The presentation examines engineering solutions that ensure stable air parameters — humidity, temperature and pressure — taking into account the specifics of different areas. Particular attention is paid to digital technologies: automated control, adaptive ventilation, sensor monitoring systems and the integration of climate solutions into BMS platforms. Through the prism of practice and project cases, it demonstrates how climate can become not just the norm, but an active factor in recovery and care. The report is based on practical experience in designing climate systems in multidisciplinary and specialised medical institutions.“
