As part of the reconstruction of the surgical department of City Clinical Hospital No. 23 named after I.V. Davydovsky City Clinical Hospital No. 23, our company developed the main technical solutions for the air conditioning system, carried out detailed engineering, and designed very compact and energy-efficient TWH central air conditioning systems, including a TW-V series chiller with refrigeration circuit redundancy and special TW-F series fan coils.
Subsequently, we carried out installation supervision at the facility and assisted in the commissioning of the system.
Clean areas are served by air conditioning units with year-round temperature and humidity control.
The systems were designed to be as compact as possible, with a large number of functional modules to fit within very limited space.
The entire clean area, angiography operating room, and intensive care units provide absolute filtration, with air distributed through sealed SFP series air distributors.
The department’s main operating room is a source of particular pride for the project. We successfully installed a laminar ceiling with an area of 9 m² without reusing exhaust air (recirculation), which is especially challenging in renovation conditions. The ceiling body and end nozzles are made of stainless steel. A touch control panel is provided inside the operating room.
The wards and doctors’ offices are equipped with hygienic fan coils.
The entire air treatment system provides full dispatching, and the chiller can be controlled independently from a remote location.
All our solutions fully comply with the requirements of DIN 1946 Part 4, ONORM H 6020, VDI 2083, GOST R ISO 14644, GOST R 52539-2006 and RNNP “AVOK” 7.8-2019.
